2026 ATU Negotiations
The Metropolitan Council has proposed two changes related to health coverage in bargaining with ATU Local 1005. One proposal concerns retiree coverage when a retiree becomes eligible for Medicare. The other concerns how the value and design of the optional Plan C HRA/VEBA plan would be protected.
